The crate washing machine works by following these steps:

1. Pre-treatment
Soaking: Before washing, crates are soaked in a cleaning solution to soften dirt.

2. Thorough Cleaning
This is the main cleaning stage, using high-temperature sterilization (hot water): In the core cleaning area, the water temperature reaches 70-90℃. Powerful spraying thoroughly rinses away residual contaminants while simultaneously sterilizing at high temperatures.

3. Rinsing
High-pressure rinsing: After cleaning, the crates are thoroughly rinsed with high-pressure water to remove residual cleaning agent and dirt.

4. Drying
Air drying: After washing and disinfection, the crates are dried using a hot air or fan system to ensure no residual moisture.

In addition, the machine has a circulating filtration system: ensuring each cleaning section is equipped with an independent circulating water tank and a double-layer filtration device, effectively preventing nozzle clogging and conserving water.
